René Karnahl

René is in the event business since 1991 and started from scratch as a local rigger and stage builder while still being in his apprenticeship. He then set up his own company in 1994 which specialised in rigging and live event production. In 2001 René was one of the first riggers in Germany to pass the official rigging certificate of the FEA.

Before founding Even2 in 2007, he worked for some of the world’s biggest companies like Mercedes, SAP and Volkswagen and for international superstars like Michael Jackson, U2, Madonna and Kylie Minogue.

Alex Würfel

Alex has worked in the event production industry since 1993. Alongside his studies at Siemens to become an electrical engineer, he has extensive experience across a range of disciplines including temporary structures, lighting, power distribution, rigging and security & crowd control. Alex has a master’s degree in Security and Safety, holds a certificate for electrical engineering and is a Level 3 Rigger certified by the German SQQ2.

Before joining forces with Rene to form Even2, he worked for some of the biggest acts such as U2, The Rolling Stones, Tina Turner, Phil Collins, Madonna and AC/DC.

Alex Eiben

Alex has been with the company almost from the beginning, is responsible for the operations of the whole company and oversees our human resources department.

Thorsten Siebers

Thorsten boosts the performance of Even2  and thus actively drives our business development forward. He also keeps spirits high as our good mood officer.

Winnie Orines

Winnie joined Even2 with five years of experience in the event industry and previously completed a Bachelor of Finance.

She says of herself that she feels very comfortable in our team and there is always something new about to learn in our industry.

Sandeep Kesavan

Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Commerce and over the last two decades he has managed the financial processes of many big companies across the UAE.

He handles our financial processes, such as monthly, quarterly and semi-annual statements, and constantly monitors our numbers.

Artem Schneider

Artem is our all-rounder: He creates the technical drawings, inspects locations, prepares the calculations for the statics, and operates as a level 3 rigger. He either makes the setups on-site himself or coordinates the team accordingly, while making sure, that the logistics and the timing merge seemlessly together.

Ivan Zakharchenko

Ivan can look back to a decade of challenging projects in Russia and Europe. He is leading the field when it is all about going for that extra mile.

Shahzad Ali

Shahzad is a great team player and a self-driven and motivated technician with certified rigging skills.

Furthermore he is overseeing the loading processes and is responsible for the correct documentation at the warehouse.

Haziq Ali

Haziq has been working in the UAE since 2008. His career started as a stage builder and over the last years he evolved from a grounder to a rigger and eventually became the head of the rigging department at his previous company. After joining Even2, he continues to learn and has since passed many more certificates.
